Conditions

To be eligible for and to continue this Service, you agree to ensure that InspiceTrace program is at all time properly installed.

You provide and maintain correct information including serial number, model and possession state, e.g. lost, stolen or in possession.

This service does not apply to any loss caused by:

Confiscation by police, other law enforcement officers or other security officers. War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, terror, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power. Any dishonest, fraudulent or criminal act by owner. Damage due to wear, tear, gradual deterioration, accident, mishandling or vermin. Deliberate disposal.

Limits Of Liability

The limits of liability shall not be greater than the actual service fee paid.

DISCLAIMER

Inspice does not guarantee that your stolen or lost item is ever recovered and returned to you. Inspice does not compensate you for your lost or stolen item or replace it with new or refurbished one.

Miscellaneous

Inspice also does not cover delivery expenses of your item. If you explicitly request us delivery of your lost or stolen item after it is located, the fees will be entirely your responsibility. Inspice is not responsible for any damage of your items, missing parts, or loss of your data stored in your equipment.

InspiceTrace Software License Agreement:

This is a legal agreement between you and Inspice for InspiceTrace ("Software"). The Software is protected by copyright laws and remains the sole property of Inspice. By installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.

Grant of License Inspice hereby grants to you the right to install and use the Software on one computer.

Limitations

Reverse Engineering, decompilation and disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Testing. You may not disclose the results of any test of the Software or Service without Inspice's prior written approval.

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Inspice may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty. Inspice warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

Customer Remedies. Inspice will decide your exclusive remedy, which shall be either a) return of the price paid, if any, or b) repair or replacement of the Software that does not meet Inspice Limited Warranty and that is returned to inspice with a copy of your receipt.

This Limited Warranty is void if accident, abuse, or misapplication has been a cause of the Software failure.

DISCLAIMER OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES

Inspice disclaim all other warranties of any kind. Your use of the Software is at your sole risk. The Software is provided on an "as is". You expressly understand and agree that Inspice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Inspice or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software or defects or the failure to provide service. In any case, Inspice's entire liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software.
